World Cancer Day, observed on February 4, is a worldwide initiative coordinated by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC). Yet, for us, the ongoing battle against cancer and the advocacy for awareness are part of our daily mission. Over the course of our active work, spanning several years and benefiting over 700 individuals, we have firmly held the belief that everyone should have equal access to life-saving cancer diagnosis, optimal treatment, and care. Through our experiences, we have come to understand the vital role of unity in saving lives.
