On June 22-25, Ester Demirtshyan, Executive Director of City of Smile Foundation, and Tamara Apoyan, PR and Marketing Manager, had the honor of being invited to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, one of the largest and best children’s research hospitals in the world.
Seventeen foundations from seventeen different countries from five continents were represented, united by the same purpose and St. Jude’s bold mission – we are all partners in saving children, no matter where they live.
The sessions prior to the celebration event, as well as the overall experience-sharing and knowledge-sharing between the participants were very motivating, useful and informative.
Our dearest, most inspiring ALSAC, we are profoundly grateful for this experience. It is an honor to be a member of ALSAC Global Alliance and to have the opportunity to learn from all of you.

Armenia was the first country to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on April 12, 2019.
Joining St. Jude Global Alliance, Armenia has joined other countries to unite efforts for addressing the challenges of pediatric oncology and providing diagnostics and treatment for all children with cancer.
