Yerevan – On March 19, a real celebration with the participation of children took place in the hall of the G. Sundukyan State Academic Theatre. During the charity concert called “Pinocchio in the City of Smiles” the songs of famous cartoons were performed by children. The end of the concert was especially touching, when the former beneficiaries of City of Smile ChF, who have already overcome cancer, took the stage to the sounds of the symbolic song “Just Smile” (De Zhpta).
All proceeds from ticket sales, approximately 940.000 AMD, were donated to City of Smile Foundation to cover the treatment costs of children and young adults with cancer and blood diseases.
On behalf of the Foundation and all our children, we express our deepest gratitude to the initiators of this wonderful celebration Irina Tovmasyan and Nelly Poghosyan, who spared no effort and energy in organizing a happy and colorful show and serving it to a good cause.
