City of Smile Charitable Foundation is delighted to introduce Ms. Lisa Stepanian as a new member of the Board of Directors of City of Smile-USA, City of Smile Foundation’s US chapter.

In 1983, Ms. Stepanian launched a thirty-year career in the Cosmetics and Personal Care industry as a Research & Development Chemist. Later Ms. Stepanian served as the Founder and President of the Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA) New Jersey Affiliate for over twenty years, representing AIWA at the United Nations․ Then Mrs. Stepanian joined Armenia Fund USA as an Executive Director.

She is a member of the New Jersey Coalition Against Human Trafficking and an active participant in the Coalition’s initiatives.

Ms. Lisa Stepanian is also the founder of Caring Hands Fund, a non-profit charity organization from 2011, that raised funds through 2014 and provided critical medical surgeries to underprivileged individuals in Yerevan, Armenia.

We are very excited to welcome Ms. Lisa Stepanian and wish her many successes for the benefit of children fighting cancer in Armenia.
