Yerevan – The world continues to fight COVID-19, but one of the most popular and long-awaited holidays – Children’s Day – has not been canceled.
During the state of emergency, our children came up with an “emergency” idea. On June 1, a music festival was held in the yard of the Hematology Center named after prof. R. Yeolyan with the support of City of Smile Charitable Foundation and featuring our children, both who have overcome cancer and who are still receiving treatment, as well as Armenian celebrities.
The children undergoing treatment at the Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorders Center were watching the concert from the windows of their hospital rooms, and the concert was broadcast online on the Facebook pages of Spouse of the Armenian PM, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of City of Smile Charitable Foundation Anna Hakobyan and the Foundation.
At the end of the concert, our children made dreams and sent them to sky with the help of balloons and doves. We are sure that everyone’s dreams will come true, and we, in our turn, will continue to do everything in our power to ensure the joyful childhood of our children.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to “HBM Group – Metroshin” Company for supporting this event.
We thank all the artists: Arame, Gor Sujyan, Edgar Gyanjumyan, Erik, Lidushik, Miqayel Voskanyan, Silva Hakobyan, Sofi Mkheyan, Hakob (Jack) Papikyan who expressed their willingness to be with us and our children that day, as well as “Happy Events” LLC and personally George Hakobyan, Armen Mkhoyan and Arman Adamyan for audio support.
Together we can save lives!
